Religious and Cultural Voices Meet in Madrid

A notable gathering in Madrid united faith communities, cultural voices and social actors to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers offered reflections from faith, culture and public service on how education can strengthen coexistence.

Throughout the gathering, participants addressed themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility.
